Exploding Dragon 471265c4e0 Add signature support for the RPM module (#4780) ... This pull request comes from https://github.com/go-gitea/gitea/pull/27069. If the rpm package does not contain a matching gpg signature, the installation will fail. See ([gitea/gitea#27031](https://github.com/go-gitea/gitea/issues/27031)) , now auto-signing all new rpm uploads.
