Add tailwindcss (#29357) This will get tailwindcss working on a basic level. It provides only the utility classes, e.g. no tailwind base which we don't need because we have our own CSS reset. Without the base, we also do not have their CSS variables so a small amount of features do not work and I removed the generated classes for them. ***Note for future developers: This currently uses a `tw-` prefix, so we use it like `tw-p-3`.*** <details> <summary>Currently added CSS, all false-positives</summary> ``` .\!visible{ visibility: visible !important } .visible{ visibility: visible } .invisible{ visibility: hidden } .collapse{ visibility: collapse } .static{ position: static } .\!fixed{ position: fixed !important } .absolute{ position: absolute } .relative{ position: relative } .sticky{ position: sticky } .left-10{ left: 2.5rem } .isolate{ isolation: isolate } .float-right{ float: right } .float-left{ float: left } .mr-2{ margin-right: 0.5rem } .mr-3{ margin-right: 0.75rem } .\!block{ display: block !important } .block{ display: block } .inline-block{ display: inline-block } .inline{ display: inline } .flex{ display: flex } .inline-flex{ display: inline-flex } .\!table{ display: table !important } .inline-table{ display: inline-table } .table-caption{ display: table-caption } .table-cell{ display: table-cell } .table-column{ display: table-column } .table-column-group{ display: table-column-group } .table-footer-group{ display: table-footer-group } .table-header-group{ display: table-header-group } .table-row-group{ display: table-row-group } .table-row{ display: table-row } .flow-root{ display: flow-root } .inline-grid{ display: inline-grid } .contents{ display: contents } .list-item{ display: list-item } .\!hidden{ display: none !important } .hidden{ display: none } .flex-shrink{ flex-shrink: 1 } .shrink{ flex-shrink: 1 } .flex-grow{ flex-grow: 1 } .grow{ flex-grow: 1 } .border-collapse{ border-collapse: collapse } .select-all{ user-select: all } .resize{ resize: both } .flex-wrap{ flex-wrap: wrap } .overflow-visible{ overflow: visible } .rounded{ border-radius: 0.25rem } .border{ border-width: 1px } .text-justify{ text-align: justify } .uppercase{ text-transform: uppercase } .lowercase{ text-transform: lowercase } .capitalize{ text-transform: capitalize } .italic{ font-style: italic } .text-red{ color: var(--color-red) } .text-shadow{ color: var(--color-shadow) } .underline{ text-decoration-line: underline } .overline{ text-decoration-line: overline } .line-through{ text-decoration-line: line-through } .outline{ outline-style: solid } .ease-in{ transition-timing-function: cubic-bezier(0.4, 0, 1, 1) } .ease-in-out{ transition-timing-function: cubic-bezier(0.4, 0, 0.2, 1) } .ease-out{ transition-timing-function: cubic-bezier(0, 0, 0.2, 1) } ``` </details> --------- Co-authored-by: Giteabot <teabot@gitea.io> (cherry picked from commit f4b92578b4601bc6e9b631b9a5a5f3766c27b0cb)

Scoped labels (#22585) Add a new "exclusive" option per label. This makes it so that when the label is named `scope/name`, no other label with the same `scope/` prefix can be set on an issue. The scope is determined by the last occurence of `/`, so for example `scope/alpha/name` and `scope/beta/name` are considered to be in different scopes and can coexist. Exclusive scopes are not enforced by any database rules, however they are enforced when editing labels at the models level, automatically removing any existing labels in the same scope when either attaching a new label or replacing all labels. In menus use a circle instead of checkbox to indicate they function as radio buttons per scope. Issue filtering by label ensures that only a single scoped label is selected at a time. Clicking with alt key can be used to remove a scoped label, both when editing individual issues and batch editing. Label rendering refactor for consistency and code simplification: * Labels now consistently have the same shape, emojis and tooltips everywhere. This includes the label list and label assignment menus. * In label list, show description below label same as label menus. * Don't use exactly black/white text colors to look a bit nicer. * Simplify text color computation. There is no point computing luminance in linear color space, as this is a perceptual problem and sRGB is closer to perceptually linear. * Increase height of label assignment menus to show more labels. Showing only 3-4 labels at a time leads to a lot of scrolling. * Render all labels with a new RenderLabel template helper function. Label creation and editing in multiline modal menu: * Change label creation to open a modal menu like label editing. * Change menu layout to place name, description and colors on separate lines. * Don't color cancel button red in label editing modal menu. * Align text to the left in model menu for better readability and consistent with settings layout elsewhere. Custom exclusive scoped label rendering: * Display scoped label prefix and suffix with slightly darker and lighter background color respectively, and a slanted edge between them similar to the `/` symbol. * In menus exclusive labels are grouped with a divider line. --------- Co-authored-by: Yarden Shoham <hrsi88@gmail.com> Co-authored-by: Lauris BH <lauris@nix.lv>

Support unicode emojis and remove emojify.js (#11032) * Support unicode emojis and remove emojify.js This PR replaces all use of emojify.js and adds unicode emoji support to various areas of gitea. This works in a few ways: First it adds emoji parsing support into gitea itself. This allows us to * Render emojis from valid alias () * Detect unicode emojis and let us put them in their own class with proper aria-labels and styling * Easily allow for custom "emoji" * Support all emoji rendering and features without javascript * Uses plain unicode and lets the system render in appropriate emoji font * Doesn't leave us relying on external sources for updates/fixes/features That same list of emoji is also used to create a json file which replaces the part of emojify.js that populates the emoji search tribute. This file is about 35KB with GZIP turned on and I've set it to load after the page renders to not hinder page load time (and this removes loading emojify.js also) For custom "emoji" it uses a pretty simple scheme of just looking for /emojis/img/name.png where name is something a user has put in the "allowed reactions" setting we already have. The gitea reaction that was previously hard coded into a forked copy of emojify.js is included and works as a custom reaction under this method. The emoji data sourced here is from https://github.com/github/gemoji which is the gem library Github uses for their emoji rendering (and a data source for other sites). So we should be able to easily render any emoji and :alias: that Github can, removing any errors from migrated content. They also update it as well, so we can sync when there are new unicode emoji lists released. I've included a slimmed down and slightly modified forked copy of https://github.com/knq/emoji to make up our own emoji module. The code is pretty straight forward and again allows us to have a lot of flexibility in what happens. I had seen a few comments about performance in some of the other threads if we render this ourselves, but there doesn't seem to be any issue here. In a test it can parse, convert, and render 1,000 emojis inside of a large markdown table in about 100ms on my laptop (which is many more emojis than will ever be in any normal issue). This also prevents any flickering and other weirdness from using javascript to render some things while using go for others. Not included here are image fall back URLS. I don't really think they are necessary for anything new being written in 2020. However, managing the emoji ourselves would allow us to add these as a feature later on if it seems necessary.
